relatively convenient for the Hastings train station, wonderfully spiced soups and tasty falafel, have yet to try the Indian part of the menu but suspect it will be equally flavorful. Tiny seating area, unpretentious, clean, nice, fair pricing.
First time ordering and the bowl was amazing. Great proportions, food was prepared quickly, and customer service was amazing. Definitely eating here again, 10/10!

What a wonderful place and a must eat at restaurant in Westchester. On a cold snowy night I stopped by for take out. I ordered a shawarma platter and a piece of baklava. It came with lentil rice ( there's a couple of other starch options available as well) and salad. The salad so we'll seasoned and dressed, the rice was a treat. Their hot sauce ( on the side by request ) delights the palate. Visit and enjoy without hesitation
We were driving on Warburton Avenue in Dobbs Ferry, when my wife reminded me of the time we had fantastic falafel at Taiim's Falafel Shack. To our delight, they were still in business and their menu is extensive and their Middle Eastern recipes are outstanding! They have outdoor seating as well as a few tables inside, however the major part of their business is providing exceptional take out dinners. We ordered their large Taiim Vegetarian Sampler with Israeli Salad,classic homemade humus, guacamole, babaganous and falafel. And it came with lots of fresh pita! It was a delicious dinner !

Tasty Middle Eastern spot in downtown Hastings-on-Hudson. We were looking for a local place to eat dinner that wasn't too far from our hotel on Yonkers & happened upon this little place on Yelp. Hastings-on-Hudson was already shutting down for the evening... except the restaurants, so it was a quiet night out. We ordered, then grabbed one of the seats out on the sidewalk. The children of the owners (?) kept us smiling and entertained throughout our meal. ;-). Speaking of which.... we ordered a side of Falafel which were fan-tas-tic! YUM! Delicious; daughter & I scarfed them down rather quickly. Then came out main dishes.... we both ordered Taiim Pita Wraps....chicken shawarma for her, chicken shish kebobs for me. Huge. Filling. A great meal. Stop in if you find yourself in the area, or if you already live here, become a regular!
